BOX 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mining Inc., Permit; C1981010 <br />Review: Sediment Pond Inspections 2021 Q3 <br />Dear Ms. Perkins <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The Division) has reviewed the above <br />referenced report. The third quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by the Division on 6 <br />October 2021. <br />The report complies with applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The pond inspections took place on various <br />days in August and September 2021. <br />Maintenance issues noted during the inspection comprised: <br />1. Sediment pond dredging for the following ponds: <br />a. East Pyeatt 91 and 92 <br />b. Deal Pond #1, and <br />2. Sediment marker replacement at Deal Pond 91. <br />East Pyeatt #1 pond was undergoing dredging at the time of inspection. Other ponds are slated for <br />dredging this autumn. <br />The following ponds were discharging at a rate of less than I cubic foot/second: <br />1. No Name #s 2, 4, 5 <br />2. Johnson #s 6, 7R, 8R, and 9R <br />3.
