The current <br /> affected lands boundary for the Dotsero Quarry encompasses 13.0 acres more or less. This letter <br /> is being sent in accordance with Rule 4.17 of the Rules and Regulations. <br /> Owners of Record of the Affected Land are as follows: <br /> United States Department of the Interior <br /> Bureau of Land Management <br /> Colorado River Valley Field Office <br /> 2300 River Frontage Road <br /> Silt,CO 81652 <br /> (970) 876-9000 <br /> Mayne Block and Stone Company has completed all reclamation activities in accordance with <br /> the Act,the Rules and Regulations,and the existing approved reclamation plan. All applicable <br /> portions of the Reclamation Plan requirements have been satisfied in accordance with the <br /> Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado MLRB for the Extraction of Construction <br /> Materials and all applicable requirements under the Act. <br />
