The current <br /> affected lands boundary for the Dotsero Quarry encompasses 13.0 acres more or less. All applicable <br /> portions of the Reclamation Plan requirements have been satisfied in accordance with the <br /> Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado MLRB for the Extraction of Construction <br /> Materials and all applicable requirements under the Act. <br />
