Aggregate Industries, Morrison Quarry <br /> Amendment No.7 to Permit M-1973-021 FYZ <br /> Morrison,CO <br /> Exhibit A - Legal Description <br /> Aggregate Industries, Inc. operates a hard rock aggregate quarry with a total permitted area of <br /> 364.77 acres, which includes 3.5 acres for the mine access road, scale, and truck wash area <br /> that was not included in previous permits. The mine entrance is located at Latitude 390 38' <br /> 10.80" N and Longitude 1050 11' 35.38" W. The street address is 18131 CO-8, Morrison, <br /> Colorado 80465. <br /> The permitted area includes a 1.97-acre parcel that has a water storage tank, and a 27.5-acre <br /> water storage reservoir (Reservoir Site II), both owned by the Town of Morrison. The entire <br /> permitted area is considered the affected area and is impacted by mining activities or <br /> operations.
