Grasses and other seeded vegetation that had <br />struggled in the dry summer were present throughout. The plan is to mow the weeds and <br />broadcast seed into the mowed mulch. <br />o Vegetation on the refuse pile (reclaimed in 2020), showed an abundance of weeds. <br />o The soil was saturated throughout the site and the vegetation appeared to be responding to <br />the recent rains after a hot, dry and dessicating summer. <br />INSPECTION, ENFORCEMENT and CIVIL PENALTIES RULE 5 <br />Inspections 5.02; Availability of Records <br />Permit documents were inspected.
