CONVEYOR BELT AND MAINTINANCE ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> An access easement located within a portion of the NW 1/4 and the NE '/4 of Section 2, <br /> Township 21 South, Range 63 West and the SW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 20 South, Range 63 <br /> West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, being more <br /> particularly described as follows; <br /> An easement for the purpose of a conveyor belt, movement and transportation of materials and <br /> mining equipment between Grantee's processing area as now operated and Grantee's processing <br /> area as now operated and Grantee's Phase III property located in NE '/4 of Section 2, Township <br /> 21 South, Range 63 West of Sixth Principal Meridian, and access for maintenance of said <br /> easement. <br /> BEGINNING at a point on the southern boundary line of a parcel of land owned by Pueblo East <br /> Phase III LLC. and described in that Special Warranty Deed filed for record November 26, 2018 <br /> at Reception Number 2123672 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder from <br /> which the SE corner of Section 28 of said Township 20 South, Range 63 West,bears <br /> N 571 F51"W(bearings based on the south line of said Section 28 monumented at the SE corner <br /> with an axle and at the SW corner with a 2 1/2" aluminum monument PLS 16128, assumed to <br /> bear N 89°59'18"W), a distance of 11,540.95 feet; thence S 76°43'53"E along said southerly <br /> boundary line a distance of 50.19 feet;thence S 18°13'28"W a distance of 142.25 feet;thence <br /> N 71°46'32"W, a distance of 820.68 feet; thence N 72°55'47"W, a distance of 283.75 feet to a <br /> angle point on the boundary line of a parcel of land owned by Stonewall Springs Quarry LLC and <br /> described in that Warranty Deed filed for record November 29, 2005 at Reception Number <br /> 1650545 in the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder; thence westerly along said <br /> boundary line the following five (5)courses; <br /> 1. N 75°21'37"W, a distance of 630.76 feet; <br /> 2. N 09°54'29"E, a distance of 38.01 feet; <br /> 3. N 62'10'17"W, a distance of 335.21 feet; <br /> 4.
