Binns <br /> <br />RE: Mancos Gravel Pit - File No. M-1985-031, Montezuma County <br /> Acreage Release Request Application (AR-2) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on October 21, 2021, Montezuma County , whose address and telephone number are <br />1680 North Dolores Road, Cortez, CO 81321; (970) 565-8666, filed an application for a/an Acreage <br />Release Request (AR - 2) to M1985031, Mancos Gravel Pit, which is located approximately 1.5 miles of <br />Mancos, Section 22, Township 36N, Range 13W, 10th Principle Meridian, in Montezuma County. <br /> <br />Montezuma County has requested release of 21.5 acres reclaimed at the Mancos Gravel Pit. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for December 20, 2021. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Janet H. Binns at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8107. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
