The <br /> modified Delivery Schedule attached to this letter replaces the Delivery Schedule attached as Exhibit A to the <br /> Agreement. The Unit Rate for the Reusable Raw Water to be delivered under the attached Delivery Schedule <br /> will be $550.00 per acre-foot through December of 2021 and will then increase to $569.00 per acre-foot for <br /> 2022.
