The fourth quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by the Division on <br /> 13 October 2021. <br /> The report complies with applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The inspection took place on 5 through 7 <br /> October 2021. <br /> Maintenance issues noted during the inspection comprised: <br /> 1. Sediment pond dredging for the following ponds: <br /> a. East Pyeatt 91 and 92 <br /> b. Deal Pond#1, and <br /> 2. Sediment marker replacement at Deal Pond#1 and East Pyeatt#1 and#2 once dredging is <br /> completed. <br /> East Pyeatt#1 pond was undergoing dredging at the time of inspection. Other ponds are slated for <br /> dredging this autumn. <br /> The following ponds were discharging at a rate of less than I cubic foot/second: <br /> 1. No Name #2, 4, 5 <br /> 2. Johnson #6, 7R, 8R, and 9R <br /> 3.
