Dear Ms.Weijers: On October 7, 2021 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety(Division) received your Acreage Reduction Request (AR-2)for the above referenced Prospecting Notice of Intent. The request appears to meet the requirements of Rule 4.16.1. The site was inspected July 1, 2021 and 1.8 acres of reclaimed land pads 47-36-199, A26-35-199, A27-36-199, A29-229-198,A34-10-298 and A35-11-298, complied with the requirements of the Act, Rules and Regulations,and the approved Reclamation Plan. On October 7, 2021, Division approved your acreage reduction request for release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. The permit was reduced from 4.65 acres to 2.85 acres. The pads A28-25-199, 49-35-199, 50- 35-199, 51-35-199, 52-35-199, 55-35-199 remain permitted. Please note that because the permit is not totally released,you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees and maintaining the financial warranty in good standing.
