mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 1,Township 3S, Range 74W, 06th Principle Meridian,
in Clear Creek County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township,and Range.Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Forestry post-mining land use. The
application decision date is scheduled for October 1,2021.
