September 28,2021 C-1981-035/King Coal Mine LJW <br /> Y <br /> e _ <br /> 9t <br /> Photo Three: View south,showing the erosional feature near the entrance to the lower <br /> refuse pile. This feature was newly formed,within the last 24 hours,and discussion with <br /> the Operator indicate it will be repaired immediately. All eroded material and waters were <br /> contained within the Impacted water system and no offsite impacts were observed. <br /> Photo Four: View northeast,showing the east sediment pond at the King I facility. The <br /> sediment pond has been cleaned and material stockpiled.
