That the operations of said pit do not interfere with the operations and maintenance of <br /> existing electrical facilities. <br /> 2. No equipment will be operated within ten feet(10')of any energized electrical <br /> facility. <br /> 3. No mining operation will operate within twenty-five feet(25' with a 3 to 1 slope)of <br /> any electrical facility. (Horizontal or Vertical) <br /> 4. The applicant will reimburse San Isabel Electric Association. Inc. for any and all <br /> costs arising fiom any damages to said facilities or disruption of electrical services. <br /> S. Enclosed is a drawing showing the area to be left undisturbed and made part of the <br /> operation. <br /> 6.
