(S.I.E.A.)has no objection to the operation of said <br /> gravel put under the following conditions: <br /> l. That the operations of said pit does not interfere with the operations and maintenance of existing <br /> electrical facilities. <br /> 2. No equipment will be operated within ten feet(10')of any electrical facility. (Horizontal or Vertical) <br /> 3. The applicant will reimburse S.I.E.A. for any and all costs arising from any damages to said facilities or <br /> disruption of electrical services. <br /> 4. Enclosed is a drawing showing the area to be left undisturbed and made part of the operation. <br /> 5.
