This decision will be published in the Delta County Independent as <br />soon as possible. The first day following publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public <br />comment period. If, within thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will <br />become final. <br /> <br />The bond for the operation is a Corporate Surety issued by your company (Bond No. *9010), in the <br />amount of $290,000.00. <br /> <br />The reclamation liability prior to this proposed adjustment was $203,796.00. The proposed increase in <br />liability is $11,218.00. The new reclamation liability amount is $215,014.00. <br /> <br />Please be aware that this notification is not a request to initiate any action by Lexon Insurance Company <br />concerning Bond No. *9010, and is for your information only.
