This filing requires CJK to contact owners of structures within <br /> 200ft of the mill disturbance area(red outline). The Slag's general facilities arrangement is <br /> attached. The orange line indicates the disturbance area and the blue line indicates your <br /> permanent structures. <br /> i <br /> Leadville Sanitation District has; a sewer line, and general facilities located within the 200ft j <br /> disturbance area. <br /> CJK requests that you provide a notarized agreement between the applicant (CJK) and the <br /> person(s) having an interest(Leadville Sanitation District) in the structures,that CJK is to <br /> provide compensation for any damage to the structures.
