This filing requires CJK to contact owners of structures within 200ft <br /> of the slag disturbance area(orange outline). The Slag's general facilities arrangement is <br /> attached. The orange line indicates the disturbance area and the red line indicates your <br /> permanent structures. I <br /> Colorado Department of Transportation has; Highway 24 located within the 200ft disturbance <br /> area. <br /> CJK requests that you provide a notarized agreement between the applicant(CJK) and the <br /> person(s) having an interest(Colorado Department of Transportation) in the structures,that CJK <br /> is to provide compensation for any damage to the structures.
