The <br /> inspection was conducted,images analyzed and the report prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Miranda <br /> Kawcak,mine representative,was present throughout the inspection. Skies had high clouds there was a light <br /> breeze with temperatures were in the mid 70 degrees F. No hydrologic or air quality issues were detected at <br /> the time of inspection. <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> A replacement mine identification sign is required at the main entrance from the County Road. <br /> Broken well piping requires repairs. <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres remain <br /> for bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road,Pond 6 and the slide area above; Ponds 15, 16 and 17 <br /> and slide area on the east side of the site. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5)and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5)and(6). <br /> o Main haul road was in good repair. <br /> o Access roads were stable and in good condition. <br /> o No rutted areas or areas of standing water were encountered. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE-Rule 4.05 <br /> General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland Flow 4.05.3; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7; Impoundments <br /> 4.05.9; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Underground Mine Entry 4.05.10; Surface and Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13;Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> o Ponds 6,and 16 were holding clear water. <br /> o Pond 16 was discharging. <br /> o Pond 17 held turbid water.
