The images were analyzed and the report <br />prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Skies appeared clear but the air was hazy. <br />Throughout the site the vegetation appeared dry and brown due to a hot, dry summer. Some ponds <br />appeared to be holding water and no discharge was detected in the imagery. The area and <br />constructed drainage above Pond 12 comprises the remaining inspectable area and represents <br />approximately 200 acres. <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is for the most part complete and was executed as permitted. With the exception of structure pads <br />all structures have been demolished. <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and <br />Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o Roads in and around the facilities appeared in good repair without standing water or ruts. <br />o No activity was occurring at the site as the site has been reclaimed. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE- Rule 4.05 <br />General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland <br />Flow 4.05.3; Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures <br />4.05.7; Impoundments 4.05.9; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Underground Mine Entry 4.05.10; <br />Surface and Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />o Reconstructed drainages appeared to be functioning adequately. <br />o No pond discharge was noted in the imagery, and no flow in constructed drainages was evident. <br />SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE- Rule 4.12 <br />o The site, in the past, has experienced soil movement in the form of slumps and slides.
