Compliance With Mine Plan <br />NA <br />- Support Facilities Not on site <br />N - Other <br />NA <br />- Special Categories Of Mining <br />NA - Processing Waste <br />N -Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a partial inspection of the Yoast Mine, C 1994082, operated by Seneca Property LLC. <br />Miranda Kawcak of Peabody Inc, was present throughout the inspection. The inspection was <br />conducted, and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The weather was partly <br />cloudy, with a light breeze and temperatures ranging from 60 to 70 degrees F. The ground was <br />moist from dew and a light rain. The roads were in good condition, and the entire site was <br />accessible. <br />PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br />None <br />INSPECTION <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation has been completed at the site. No offsite air quality issues or hydrologic impacts <br />were observed at the time of inspection. Reclamation was observed to be stable with a diverse <br />mix of well established vegetation. No expanses of bare areas or significant weed infestations <br />were noted over the course of the inspection. Ponds and drainage ways appeared to be <br />functioning adequately. <br />SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o Roads in and through the site were dry and in adequate repair. <br />o No standing water or rutted areas were noted on most roads at the time of inspection, <br />although some rutting is present on the steep section of the access road down to the ponds <br />situated along the County Road; ponds 12, 13, and 14. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />
