The inspection was conducted aerially by Brock Bowles and the image analysis and report prepared <br /> by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Visibility was low due to wildfire smoke. Demolition of the site is <br /> complete. Backfilling and grading at the portal is ongoing and no activity was occuring at the time of <br /> inspection. Main haul and access roads appeared in good repair, and no offsite hydrologic or air quality <br /> issues were detected in the imagery.
