cultural sites. Once you submitt the information required by Rule 2.05.6(4) and consultations have
occurred with the appropriate State Historical agencies,you will need to develop a mitigation plan in
accordance with Rule 2.05.6(4). There is very little cultural information contained in the C-1976-014
permit file and any original consultation letters will likely no longer be valid.
