Aggregate Industries, Morrison Quarry
Amendment No.7 to Permit M-1973-021 FYZ
Morrison,CO
As discussed in Exhibit G— Water Information, once hydrogeologic investigations are
completed, a Phase IV water management strategy will be developed and included in a future
permit amendment.
Exhibit D.3 presents the buildout configuration for Phase IV in plan view. This buildout
configuration represents maximum buildout configurations on all portions of the quarry. The
base elevation in this exhibit is El. 6,000 due to conservative benching in Phase III. As stated
above, the potential decision to re-mine Phase III benches would modify the Phase IV bench
configuration and support mining down to the Phase IV maximum bench depth of El. 5840. This
exhibit will be updated in the future permit amendment.
Schedule for Phase IV Buildout
Phase IV is estimated to take approximately 16.5 years. Approximately 14.5 acres of the South
Quarry will be impacted during Phase IV.
September 2021 1 20
