Them nor tf ivues t on SHWY <br /> This is an open pit mine located approximately 11 . 6 <br /> miles northwest of Walsenburg, Colorado on County Road 615 . From <br /> I-25 north of Walsenburg, Exit I-25 at Exit 56 - Red Rock Road, <br /> west 2 . 5 miles to SHWY 69 . Then northwest on SHWY 69 for 7 . 95 <br /> miles to CR 614 . 1 (intersection coordinates <br /> 37°43 ' 15 .25", 104058 ' 36. 41") . Then northeast 0 . 6 mile on CR 614 . 1 <br /> to CR 615 running east-west, then east about 0 . 5 mile to cattle <br /> guard & gate. The entrance to the mine is at 37°43 ' 47 . 3211, <br /> 10405813 . 57" . Mining access will be via this existing road that <br /> is a owned by the landowner to access his property from CR 614 . 1 . <br /> It is currently 20 feet wide and the location is shown on the map <br /> exhibits supplied with this application. The secondary access <br /> will continue to be used as needed. The Road Use Agreement for <br /> the secondary access is with Mr. & Mrs . Pino and requires that <br /> the road be improved, maintained during mining and remain when <br /> its need ends . Periodic grading will be necessary to keep the <br /> roads in their present condition. They will remain after mining <br /> is complete for landowner access . Please refer to EXHIBIT B-VICINITY <br /> MAP for the property configuration and the relationships to <br /> surrounding geological features . <br /> CURRENT CONDITIONS <br /> Map Exhibit C shows the outline of the Affected Lands; the <br /> touching landowners; the 200 foot ownership; structures; current <br /> topography, and hydrologic features of the property.
