The structures located to the SE <br /> of the proposed permit area have not been identified as required. <br /> (h)In conjunction with Exhibit I- Soils Information, Subsection 6.4.9, soils information may be presented on a <br /> map in this section; <br /> (i)Aerial photos, if available, may be included in this section. <br /> The mining plan map as provided does not show the full proposed permit extent, mining offset from the <br /> existing powerlines and structures, the proposed vehicle crossing under the powerlines, or the delineation <br /> between Phase I and Phase Has described in the provided mining plan. Approximately how much topsoil and overburden will be stockpiled(how many cubic yards)in <br /> the locations shown on the provided maps? What is the total depth of proposed mining? Please show the <br /> locations of the "permanent overburden cells"that will remain after mining on the mining and reclamation <br /> plan maps.. <br /> (c) all water diversions and impoundments; How will the operator prevent water,from being impounded in the <br /> excavation both during and after mining activity? Water control features such as storm water settling ponds <br /> are considered to be "affected area"and should be included within the permit boundary. The current <br /> submittal shows at least one such feature outside of the existing permit boundary and could be considered to be <br /> "off-site impact" Please address. <br /> (d)the size of area(s) to be worked at any one time. How many acres comprise Phase I and Phase H of mining <br /> as proposed?Please fully depict these areas on the provided mining plan map, including any setback areas, as <br /> well as the existing permit boundary. <br /> (e)An approximate timetable to describe the mining operation. The timetable is for the purpose of establishing <br /> the relationship between mining and reclamation during the different phases of a mining operation. You will not <br /> be required to meet specific dates for initiation, or completion of mining in a phase as may be identified in the <br />
