6.4.8 Exhibit H <br /> Wildlife Information <br /> This location is historically a clay mine dating back to the 1800's, co-existing <br /> with wildlife for more than one century. The CO DOW letter dated June 13, 1977 is <br /> provided herein recognizing the minor impact on wildlife and potential to improve the <br /> area for wildlife with reclamation. This small clay mine with intermittent active <br /> mining will have far less impact on wildlife than the substantial mine and industrial <br /> operation to the north and the ever creeping residential development to the east and <br /> municipal development to the south. <br />
