There was no sign of any recent disturbance and access to the site was restricted by a locked
gate.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10;
Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13;
Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18:
Water continued to seep from the area below the landslide and was conveyed by the sinuous channel.
Despite the heavy rain,minimal pooling of water had occurred across the site.
REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15
Vegetative Cover;Timing:
Since cheat grass is generally dead by late summer,other warm season species were more visible,and the
impression was that they had started to increase their presence. Rubber Rabbitbrush was particularly dense in spots
around the norther edge of the reclaimed area.
SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12:
The landslide area and the escarpement above it were not mpsected closely,but it appeared from the
ground that no recent activity had occurred. Smoke/steam could be seen issuing mainly from two vents above the
scarpe.
Erosion had continued around the abutments of the bridge,this was particularly noticeable on the east side
of the bridge.
DOCUMENTS RECEIVED
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1
Page 2 of 12
