Two of the seven species include flowering plants (the remaining five <br /> species include fishes and birds). Based on this analysis, the USFWS identified the <br /> following flowering plant species as having potential to occur within the vicinity of the project: <br /> • Debeque phacelia (Phacelia submutica) <br /> • Ute ladies'-tresses orchid (Spiranthes diluvialis) <br /> 4.6.1 Debeque phacelia <br /> 12 <br />
