Box 187 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />18 August 2021 <br />Re: Trapper Mine (Permit No. C1981-010) <br />Review of June 2021 and 2nd Quarter 2021 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />Dear Mr. Roberts: <br />The Division has received and reviewed the June 2021 and the quarter two 2021 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for the Trapper Mine. Thank you for your timely submittal of this <br />information. The DMR's were received by the Division on 17 August 2021 as an electronic <br />submittal. <br />Trapper submits the DMRs to the Division, in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br />Trapper reported that two outfalls discharged during the quarter; Johnson Pond 910, and No <br />Name Pond 95 (outfalls 001A, and 002A respectively). Trapper reported that no primary <br />effluent limitations were exceeded during the month. TDS values for the active outfalls are no <br />longer explicitly reported. Acute WET testing was also conducted. The discharges at outfalls <br />subject to wet testing; 009A and 023A exhibited no discharge. <br />The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time.
