RE: Schuler Construction Pit # 1 - File No. M-2005-002, Schuler Construction Surety Release Request Application (SL-1) Please be advised that on August 10, 2021, Schuler Construction, whose address and telephone number are 4520 Ramah Highway, Yoder, CO 80864; (719) 478-2455, filed an application for a/an Surety Release Request (SL- 1) to M2005002, Schuler Construction Pit # 1, which is located approximately 6 miles Northeast of Yoder, Section 20, Township 13S, Range 60W, 06th Principle Meridian, in El Paso County. This application initiates the process by which the Permittee may be released from reclamation liability by demonstrating compliance with all reclamation requirements.
