DRMS is providing this correspondence on 4 August 2021 as the above <br />referenced document has yet to be received. <br />This letter is to inform you that you have until 1 September 2021 to submit the 2020 AHR to the <br />DRMS's Office. If, by that date the required document has not been submitted, the Office may <br />pursue a violation. <br />Secondly, the responses to DRMS's Midterm 98 adequacy were due 30 July 2021. DRMS <br />several times, suggested that before the date passes that an extension be requested.
