0 COLORADO
Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety
Department of natural Resources
Graham Roberts
Trapper Mining Inc.
P.O. Box 187
Craig, CO 81626
1 August 2021
Re: Trapper Mine (Permit No. C1981-010)
Review of March 2021 Discharge Monitoring Report
Dear Mr. Roberts:
The Division has received and reviewed March 2021 Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for
the Trapper Mine. Thank you for your timely submittal of this information. The report covers the
period for the month of March 2021 and includes quarterly monitoring results and wet testing. The
DMR was received by the Division on 22 April 2021 as an electronic submittal.
Trapper submits the DMRs to the Division, in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii).
Trapper reported that three outfalls discharged during the month; Johnson Pond 910, No Name
Pond 95, East Pyeatt 92, and Middle Flume (outfalls 00IA, 002A, 011A and 020A respectively).
Trapper reported that no primary effluent limitations were exceeded during the quarter. TDS
values for the active outfalls are no longer explicitly reported. Acute WET testing was also
required and the discharges at outfalls 009A, 023A and 025A exhibited no discharge therefore wet
WET testing was not required.
The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Robin Reilley, M.S.
