We also recommend that Twenty Mile Coal Company and CPW have discussions in <br />the near future in regard to possible mitigation measures to enhance and /or protect surrounding areas of <br />grouse habitat under their ownership or control in order to mitigate the cumulative impacts of the <br />development occurring in the Twenty -Mile Park area. <br />The CDO W is not aware of any federally listed threatened or endangered species habitat that will be <br />Impacted by the proposed drill site activity. There are no known Greater sage grouse nests within the <br />proposed activity area. The greater sandhill crane Is a Colorado species of concern and may utilize some <br />areas within the proposed project but should not be impacted as long as the grouse timing <br />recommendations listed above are followed.
