The Colorado
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The Division), has reviewed the above referenced report.
received by The Division on 13 July 2021. Sediment pond inspections were conducted by Miranda Kawcack
on 10 March 2021.
This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. No maintenance items
were noted during the inspection with the exception of the weir at outfall 022. This weir is showing signs of rust,
allowing water to seep around or below it while flowing. This should be replaced.
None of the ponds held water at the time of inspection although some exhibited damp areas and below some
outfalls there was some pooling of water. Sediment storage was adequate for all ponds at time of inspection
With the exception of the weir at outfall 022 requiring replacement or repair, the Division has no concerns.
Best Regards,
e-P"ll
Robin Reilley,M.S.
