The first quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by the <br /> Division on 25 June 2021. <br /> The report complies with applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The inspection took place over the <br /> following four days: 25 and 26 May, and 14 and 17 June of 2021. <br /> Maintenance issues noted comprised the replacement of pond ID signs at East Pyeatt and Sage <br /> Pond 92, sediment markers to be replaced at Deal 91 and Jeffway 91 and the dredging of ponds <br /> East Pyeatt 91 and East Pyeat 92. Sediment levels in ponds No Name 92 and East Pyeatt 93 <br /> appear to be less than previously reported. <br /> The following ponds were discharging at a rate of less than 1 cubic foot/second: <br /> 1. No Name #2, 4, 5 <br /> 2. Johnson #6, 7R, 8R, 9R, and IOR <br /> 3.
