Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This inspection represents a Partial Caol Inspection of the Roadside Mine conducted by Jason Musick of the <br /> Division of Reclamation,Mining,and Safety. The Weather was clear and the ground conditions were dry with no <br /> evidence of recent precipitation. Tonya Hammond of representing Snowcap Coal Company accompanyed the <br /> inspection. Jonathon White of the Colorado Geologic Survey also accompanyed the inspection. This on-the- <br /> ground inspection of the site focused on the remaining 0.4 acres of permitted surface disturbace. Areas that have <br /> been the focus of past inspections concerning surface conditions within the permit area were observed during the <br /> inspection. <br /> No surface activites were being conducted on site within the permit bouandary at the time of the inspection. No <br /> irrigation was occuring and no evidence of recent irrigation was observed. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover;Timing <br /> The area of the TR69 repairs and reclamation was stable at the time of the inspection. The area was devoid of a <br /> strong stand of vegetation;however,this area was reflective of the surrounding native/undisturbed area. The lack <br /> of any measurable moisture continues to contribute to the dry conditions of the site. No issues were noted with <br /> regard to instability,erosion,or non-native or noxious vegetation within the disturbance area. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> Features identified on the Tract 70 mesa during the July 9th,2019 and July 1 lth,209 inspection by the Division <br /> were observed during the inspection. Do to the dry conditions the features identified as Object ID 86, 87, 88, 89 <br /> and 90 there was no change to the surface features. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine ID sign was in place with all required information posted. All disturbance area markers remain in place <br /> around the permitted disturbance area.
