The Division respectfully requests an additional 45 days to respond to the <br /> TDN (until September 6, 2021). The Division anticipates scheduling the required inspection in mid-August. <br /> The inspection will include parties from the Division, OSMRE, and Mr. Fontanari. The Division is <br /> concurrently working on providing a response to the original complaint, which will be submitted with the <br /> field inspection report within the 45-days requested.
