D.) The estimated thickness in which the soil will be taken is 5 feet. <br /> E.) There will be an access road that allows us to access the borrow area. The access road as well <br /> as the borrow pit itself is located on the private property being leased. The access road will be <br /> 350 feet in length. <br /> F.) The area we will have the borrow pit is around 1.5 acres. The significant disturbances in the <br /> area will confined to the determined limits and only for purposes of hauling embankment off the <br /> site. <br /> G.)N/A. Haul road to be used will be constructed and is shown on site map. <br /> H.)No water is expected to be used in this process. <br /> I.) Erosion control logs will be used to protect the perimeter of the borrow site. In addition to <br /> these compacted berms will also be used and built per CDOT standards. <br /> J.) This project is over a river as it is. We will comply with all applicable water laws and <br /> regulations in the same manner as which we are for the entire project. <br /> K.) These materials will be handled by calling the proper agency as they relate to the material <br /> encountered in the field. That being said we do not expect to find any of these materials in <br /> question. <br /> L.) As stated in section I, we will take all necessary measures to ensure the land is protected. <br /> M.) There will be no processing of the dirt. We are simply taking the material from the borrow <br /> site and hauling it 1000 feet and less away to build our embankment. <br /> N.) We will only be taking embankment material <br /> O.) The intended use of the product being mined is for embankment material. <br /> P.)No explosives or blasting of any kind will be used during this process. <br /> EXHIBIT D- RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> l.) <br /> A.) The stripped topsoil Material will be replaced at the conclusion of the borrow operations. <br /> B.) Gradient of reclaimed slopes will be no steeper that 3:1. <br /> C.) Measures to revegetate the area will be conducted in the same fashion as the rest of the <br /> project. We have a seeding spec on the full job and will utilize the same materials and methods <br /> to seed the borrow area. No trees or shrubs will be planted as there are none in the existing <br /> conditions. Seeding will be done per the CDOT specifications 212.02. <br /> D.)None of these items will be removed or affected by the borrow site procedures. <br /> E.)Not applicable to this situation <br />
