A <br />Walsenburg, CO 81089 <br /> <br />FROM: Patrick Lennberg <br /> <br />RE: Diamond Rock Pit - File No. M-2000-047, Diamond B Enterprises, LLC <br /> Acreage Release Request Application (AR-1) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on July 15, 2021, Diamond B Enterprises, LLC, whose address and telephone number <br />are 38043 CR 32.4, Trinidad, CO 81082; (719) 557-9014, filed an application for a/an Acreage Release <br />Request (AR- 1) to M2000047, Diamond Rock Pit, which is located approximately 10 miles Southwest of <br />Walsenburg, Section 4, Township 30S, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Huerfano County. <br /> <br />Acreage reduction request to reduce the permit area by 7.9 acres to 2 acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for September 13, 2021. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Patrick Lennberg at the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8114. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
