On page 7 it is noted that drawings 800-PI-003 and 800-MF-003 show a water treatment plant
that is not going to be installed. Please update/revise the drawings to be accurate to the process
at the time of permitting. Note that in the future if a water treatment plant with a leach field
would like to be used it must first be addressed through the Revision process.
Response: Please see the attached updated drawings for 800-PI-003 and 800-MF-003. In the future, a
water conditioning system will be installed in the mill to deal with the eventual mineral buildup in the
lines. The design of the water conditioning system will be addressed with the division in a future TR.
8. Drawings 800-PI-003 and 800-MF-003 were not referenced in Appendix 1 nor have they been
provided to the Division. Provide the Division with the referenced drawings.
Response:Drawings 800-PI-003 and 800-MF-003 are attached to this response in the PI and MF drawings.
9. Why are"obsolete" or inaccurate drawings being submitted for the Division's review?See Item
34 of this review, commit to providing the revised or updated drawings where applicable as part
of the As-built Package.
Response: These are for construction drawings and it is typical that changes are made during the
construction process. As-built drawings will be submitted that shows the final layout of the mill.
Mill Facility-Processing of Ore
10. Section 3. Mill Design Discussion states that the mill capacity is 540 tons per day. Is this the
mill's maximum output? What is the average range of material to be processed daily? Can it
be assumed that the mill will operate 365 days a year if possible?
Response: The mill's maximum output is 540 tons per day. The mill average rate that material will be
processed is roughly 270 tons per day. The mill will operate 24 hours a day, 327 days a year which
assumes 5-10%scheduled down time for maintenance throughout the year.
11. In addition to item 3a,include the crossover documentation from the Reagent Room, discussing
the nature of the chemicals, their hazards, SDS sheets (provided), all storage locations within
the Mill Facility, delivery of reagents into the milling process, piping systems etc.
Response: Table 4 from TR-14 which highlights the hazards of the reagent chemicals is attached. SDS
sheets are attached to the original TR-15 submission. Bulk quantities of designated chemicals will be
stored off site at the OSMI warehouse in the town of Ouray. Chemicals will be trucked to site in
31P
