Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> CONIMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Williams Fork; C 1981044, operated by Moffat County <br /> Mining LLC. The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin <br /> Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately 90+degrees F, skies were hazy due <br /> to wildfire smoke. The air was still. The soil was cracked and dry,the vegetation drought <br /> stressed. Rattlesnakes were abundant. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> Mid Term 8 <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> None at the time of inspection. <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Facilities have been removed throughout the site. Tanks, <br /> cable,utility poles and other infrastructure are being collected for scrap pick up. Work at the <br /> portal took place for about one week and is scheduled to recommence. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs. <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at the mine access points,(entrances along highway <br /> 13),were intact,displaying all required information: mine name,operator name,address,phone <br /> number,DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4)14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(S) and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7) 14.03.2(7) <br /> o The Haul Road was dry, in good repair and well maintained at the time of inspection. <br /> o Access roads around the site appeared in good repair with no ruts or standing water. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />
