March 19,2021 as Reception No.4694877 of the records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder,located in the
Northeast Quarter(NE1/4)of Section Thirty(30),Township Five North(T.5N.),Range Sixty-seven West(R.67W.)of
the Sixth Principal Meridian(6th P.M.),County of Weld,State of Colorado,and being more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the North Quarter(NI/4)comer of said Section 30 and assuming the North line of the Northeast
Quarter(NEl/4)of said Section 30,being monumentalized by a#6 rebar with a 2'/z"diameter aluminum cap stamped
"LS 17662"in a monument box at the West end and by a#6 rebar with a 2%"diameter aluminum cap stamped
"LS 12374,1993"in a monument box at the East end,as bearing North 89*58'46"East,being a Grid Bearing of the
Colorado State Plane Coordinate System,North Zone,North American Datum 1983/2011,a distance of 2619.82 feet,
with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto.
