Notice of Proposed Decision <br />The Colorado Division of Recla- <br />mation, Mining and Safety has <br />issued a proposed decision to <br />Bond Release Application No. <br />1 (SL-1) for the Fruita Loadout, <br />Permit No. C-2010-088. Cam <br />Colorado, LLC has completed <br />Phase I, II and III reclamation <br />requirments for the 208.6 acres <br />of the Fruita Loadout. CAM Col- <br />orado, LLC has also completed <br />the requirements for termination <br />of jurisdiction of the Ioadout.This <br />decision constitutes a full re- <br />lease of reclamation liability for <br />the Fruita Loadout. Pursuant to <br />Rule 3.03.3(1), the Division is pro- <br />posing to terminate its jurisdic- <br />tion over this entire coal mining <br />operation. The loadout operation <br />is operated by CAM -Colorado, <br />LLC under the provisions of the <br />Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />Reclamation Act of 1979. The <br />bond release application was <br />submitted by CAM -Colorado, <br />LLC on November 17, 2020. <br />CAM -Colorado, LLC requested <br />the Phase I, Phase 11, Phase III, <br />and Termination of Jurisdiction <br />of the Fruita Loadout. The <br />request includes all 208.6 acres <br />of permitted land, all of which <br />were never disturbed by mining <br />or reclamation activities.
