Notice of Proposed Decision The Colorado Division of Recla- mation, Mining and Safety has issued a proposed decision to Bond Release Application No. 1 (SL-1) for the Fruita Loadout, Permit No. C-2010-088. Cam Colorado, LLC has completed Phase I, II and III reclamation requirments for the 208.6 acres of the Fruita Loadout. CAM Col- orado, LLC has also completed the requirements for termination of jurisdiction of the Ioadout.This decision constitutes a full re- lease of reclamation liability for the Fruita Loadout. Pursuant to Rule 3.03.3(1), the Division is pro- posing to terminate its jurisdic- tion over this entire coal mining operation. The loadout operation is operated by CAM -Colorado, LLC under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The bond release application was submitted by CAM -Colorado, LLC on November 17, 2020. CAM -Colorado, LLC requested the Phase I, Phase 11, Phase III, and Termination of Jurisdiction of the Fruita Loadout. The request includes all 208.6 acres of permitted land, all of which were never disturbed by mining or reclamation activities. The affected area is located in Mesa County, approximately 3 miles Northwest of Fruita.
