The <br /> inspection was conducted and the images analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. <br /> Amanda Kawcack mine representative was present throughout the inspection. The vegetation was green after <br /> recent rains and the soil was dry. Ponds appeared to be holding water after recent rains, and some ponds <br /> were discharging at the time of inspection. Main haul roads in good repair. No hydrologic or air quality <br /> issues were detected in the imagery. Skies were clear, there was a light breeze and temperatures were in the <br /> mid 80 degrees F. <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> A replacement mine identification sign is required at the main entrance from the County Road. <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres remain <br /> for bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road,Pond 6 and the slide area above,Ponds 15 and 16 and <br /> slide area on the east side of the site.
