<br /> WHER'E'AS, ASCI' has a use for as certain portion of this Reusable Raw Water, and
<br /> WHEAFAS, Aurora and ASO desire to enter, into this Agreement whereby Aurora shall
<br /> deliver,as portion of such Retmblekaw Water to ASCJ, and
<br /> WHEREAS, this Agreement will, lava dal,. mutual beniefil and convenience to Au.rora and

<br /> WHEREAS, the Aurora Utility Enterprise staff has deterroined, as a precondition to
<br /> entering this Agreen'tent, that Aurora is able to fulfill all exchange and openational o.kfigations that
<br /> require Reusable Raw Water, that it isable to 1541fill all existing long-tenn agreements,Heart require
<br /> Reusable! kaw Water (including this Agreemwnt), and that all other rtemls of'Aurord, that may be
<br /> fulfilled by these sources are met, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises arld covenants
