140 Daniel Lane,South Fork,CO 81154;[phone],filed an application to conduct a(n)Surface mining
and reclamation operation,at or near Section 29,Township 40N,Range 4E, 10th Principle Meridian, in Rio
Grande County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,Township,
and Range.Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n)Cropland post-mining land use.The application
decision date is scheduled for May 1,2021.
