Our <br />initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.4(5) have not been <br />submitted. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of July 2, 2021. <br /> <br />The following items will need to be addressed regarding the public notice: <br /> <br />1. The public notice needs to be revised to cite the entire permit number for the operation, C-1981- <br />012. <br /> <br />2. The legal description provided in the notice does not appear to cover the entire permit boundary, <br />facilities area, the vent shaft for the Golden Eagle Mine, and the Jansen Loadout as well as all the <br />U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute quadrangle maps(s) which contain the permit area. In <br />accordance with Rule 2.07.3(2)(b) a map may be used to clearly show or describe the exact location <br />and boundaries of the proposed area. <br /> <br />3. In accordance with Rule 2.07.3(4) the applicant must make a full copy of the complete <br />application available for review at the recorder’s office at the courthouse of the county where <br />mining is proposed to occur. A copy of the complete application must be put on file for public <br />review at the county clerk and recorder’s office. Therefore in accordance with Rule 2.07.3(2)(c) <br />please revise the public notice to include the location where a copy of the application is available for <br />public inspection in addition to the DRMS website. <br /> <br />4. With the approval of TR74, the total approved affected area is 227.8 acres of affected land, please
