PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Weimer Ranches, LLLP; whose address is 29537 2700 Road, P.O. Box 590,Nucla, CO 81424, <br /> and phone number is (970)258-0778, has filed an application for a Limited Impact(I I0(c)) <br /> Reclamation permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. <br /> The proposed mine is known as the Weimer Ranches#4 Mine and is located at or near Section <br /> 13, Township 46 South,Range 16 West, 1 Oth Prime Meridian. The proposed date of <br /> commencement is summer 2021, and the proposed date of completion is 20 years in the future, <br /> with an approximate completion date in 2041. <br /> The proposed future use of the land is rangeland.
