Company, or their respective heirs,personal representatives, successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> 18. Miscellaneous. <br /> This Lease may be executed in one or more counterparts,each of which <br /> shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one <br /> and the same Lease. This agreement and its provisions shall be interpreted <br /> and enforced under the laws of the State of Colorado. All agreements and <br /> covenants contained herein are severable,and in the event any of them <br /> shall be held to be invalid by any competent Court,this agreement shall be <br /> interpreted as if such invalid agreements or covenants were not contained. <br /> 19. Attorney's Fees. <br /> In the event either party is required to seek counsel or seek redress in a <br /> Court of law for enforcement of this contract, the prevailing party in such <br /> dispute shall be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable attorney's fees <br /> and costs,in addition to any damages found to be due. <br /> 20. Fremont Paving agrees to the following: <br /> A. Maintain current cattle guards <br /> B. Adhere to a 10 MPH speed limit on the Haul Road(County Road AA) <br /> for 500' on either side of Ervin Mitchek's residence. <br /> C. Not to impede any activities of the windmill farm located within <br /> Section 31. <br /> D. If any equipment associated with Fremont kills cattle owned by Ervin <br /> Mitchek,Fremont will pay market value for that livestock. <br /> E.
