The application was submitted by ARC <br />McClane Canyon, LLC on February 16, 2021 for the McClane Canyon Mine. In accordance with <br />Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />Coal Mining, we are providing notice of this proposed decision. <br /> <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br />a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the date following the <br />first publication of the public notice by the Division in the The Daily Sentinel. <br /> <br />The underground mine is located approximately 19 miles North of Loma, Colorado. The permit <br />area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of Sections 3, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, and 34, T7S, R102W, 6th PM, all in Garfield <br />County <br /> <br />Copies of the renewal application are available for public review at the Mesa County Clerk and <br />Recorder, 200 S. Spruce Street , Grand Junction, CO 81501. A Copy of the Division's “Proposed <br />Decision and Findings of Compliance” is available at Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, 200 S. <br />Spruce Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
