If this is not possible, preparation of additional test pieces is required. <br /> (4) For purposes of this requirement, "lot" means the quantity of material described under the"Number of tests" provision of the specifica- <br /> tion applicable to the product term (i.e., plate, pipe, etc.) listed in para. 323.3.2. <br />
